- Your visa scheduling portal Credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption and transmitted exclusively over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
- Access to Your Credentials is strictly limited to authorised personnel on a need-to-use basis, solely for the purpose of fulfilling Your Order.
- Credentials are not stored beyond the period necessary to complete Your Order, unless retention is required by law.
- We strongly recommend that You change Your visa scheduling portal password after Your Order is fulfilled.
6. Information Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Your Personal Data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of sensitive data, secure server infrastructure with restricted access, and regular review of Our data collection and storage practices.
